Dial Up

So does anyone else out there have dial up internet, or I am the last person alive who still has it? It's not that I want to, but Aliant does not offer it in Brackley Beach. I could have it if I lived further out in Stanhope (like THAT makes sense...), but that's because the MacLauchlan family is there and they have lots of money. Boy that bugs me! I'm all for supporting "Island Tel" (a.k.a. Aliant), but the day Eastlink gets High Speed out here, they can say goodbye to my business. Or I could be like Peggy Jo Myers and be able to get High Speed, but stick with dial up because it's a few dollars cheaper. (Even though she got the call manager display thingy which costs $7 a month so in the end she's only saving $3!!! - ah, Peggy Jo...) Well I'd better finish up because it'll take 5 minutes to post this blog on dial up and Francine may need to use the phone. Oh yeah, ANOTHER reason I hate dial up...sheesh...
